Practical Labs
The Pacific Institute of Hotel Management offers the required facilities such as lecture theatres, seminar halls, well equipped laboratories with all these entering new dimensions, the things have been realized that revolutionary changes are taking place in the educational system. So to keep with the pace of the evergrowing Hotel and Tourism Industry the Institute provides with all the practical labs and equipments which are required by the students before making up their career in the fastest growing Hotel and Tourism Industry.
Basic Training Kitchen
This kitchen is used primarily to introduce the art of cooking to the students. It deals with basic preparation of ingredients, commodities, handling of equipments. This kitchen also helps them in preparation of the other kitchen and is a liaison between them.
Quantity Food Kitchen
It provides in brief about the commercial food setup of banquets and catering and is used for bulk cooking and is a launching pad for new courses.Familiarity with the art and science of cooking as an essential part of good hospitality operations.

Advance Training Kitchen
Having mastered the basics the students are provided with the advance knowledge of a particular cuisine in brief they are also taught on the presentation of food. The cuisines which are considered for training are Continental, Chinese, Mexican, Arabic, Italian and Spanish.

Demo Kitchen
This kitchen briefs the students with presentation of the workout and channelizes presentation of food production. It provides students with the latest trends of food presentation in the industry and helps them to bring out their own creativity.

Bakery and Confectionary
This lab deals with all the bakery and confectionary requirements. Students are taught the most exquisite breads, pastries, and desserts.

Training Restaurant with Bar
Learning the techniques of serving food, wines, and spirits in restaurant helps the students to learn the various standards of service at par with the industry. They are also taught about the specific style of services done in different cuisines.

Housekeeping
A well furnished housekeeping lab which is equipped with guest room, laundry area , electrical and non electrical cleaning equipments where in students are trained about the latest trend of the industry. Students are also taught about the uses of various chemicals and accommodation upkeep of the industry.

Front Office
The institute has a well designed front office lab with the latest software. Since it is the first point of contact with the guest in the hotel students are taught about the various phrases and welcoming addresses of the hotel industry. The institute also has a front office counter, public address system, bulletin board and other accessories.

Computer Application
The Institute has a well equipped computer lab with internet applications. The students are extensively exposed to the use of standard software and their utilization in management problems solving.

Library
The Institute has a wealthy, upgraded and well furnished library where in books of many disciplines of the hotel Industry are kept. The library also has a collection of many national and international journals, magazines, and newspapers.
