Ashish Agarwal It is indeed a day of challenge and promise for Pacific Education Society. By opening Pacific College of Hotel Management, we have opted for analyzing and researching on one of the most provoking themes of our time, one that relates to Hospitality and serving. To my mind, it is doubtless a special thrust area and should, hopefully, result in rich dividends.

I extend my good wishes to the Administrative Staff, Teaching Staff, Office Staff and Students for the success of this college.

It is a matter of great pride that Pacific Education Society has come forward with one more successful project; and this time in the field of Hospitality i.e. Hotel Management.

In this modern age, when life is full of challenges, we take a step ahead to educate students so as to make them capable enough to face the ups and downs of life with courage and strength.

I extend my good wishes to the Director, Teaching Staff, Office Staff and Students for the success of college.

A DEDICATED COMMITMENT FOR EXCITING AND REWARDING CAREER IN HOTEL & TOURISM

Dr. Parul Mathur Pacific Institute of Hotel Management stands apart from other institutions on many counts. It is the only institute of its kind in the state which provides hospitality education with in-depth global focus. The course curriculum offered at Pacific Institute of Hotel Management consists of subjects that reflect the concepts and trends in international business. We are witnessing rapid changes in the context of increasing globalization and multilateralism in business. An understanding of these international developments and capacity to analyze and respond to such changes are some of the capabilities that are inculcated in the students.

We have taken a number of steps to ensure that the curriculum of the program is updated on a regular basis to reflect the fast-changing concepts and trends in international hospitality business. The process includes in-depth external reviews of the course structure and course details by eminent management education experts. We have been inviting external faculty from reputed hotels within the country for taking specific sessions. These strategies have helped in continuous updating of our course structures to reflect the dynamic changes in students of hospitality education.

As we strive for excellence in what we do, the institute is constantly making endeavors to scale new heights by developing synergy between graduate studies, post graduate studies, research programs and short-term training activities. Such a holistic approach would contribute towards continuous growth of the institute.
