  • Food Production and Culinary Arts, providing practical training in kitchen operations, food preparation, bakery, confectionery, kitchen hygiene, and basic culinary techniques.
  • Food & Beverage Service, focusing on restaurant operations, service techniques, table setup, menu knowledge, guest handling, and professional service standards.
  • Front Office Operations, covering reservations, reception, check-in/check-out procedures, telephone handling, guest relations, and basic front-office operations.
  • Housekeeping Operations, focusing on room cleaning, hygiene, maintenance, laundry operations, housekeeping procedures, and accommodation standards.

Eligibility & Selection Process

Who can Apply?

Candidates who have successfully completed 10+2 or equivalent from any stream, including Science, Commerce, or Arts, from a recognised board are eligible to apply for the Diploma in Hotel Management programme, subject to the admission guidelines of the University.
