  • Food & Beverage Service, covering basic restaurant operations, table setup, service techniques, menu knowledge, and guest handling.
  • Front Office Operations, providing knowledge of reservations, reception, check-in/check-out procedures, telephone handling, and guest relations.
  • Housekeeping Operations, introducing room cleaning, hygiene, maintenance, laundry operations, and basic accommodation standards.
  • Practical Training, providing hands-on experience in essential hotel operations through professionally equipped training facilities.

Eligibility & Selection Process

Who can Apply?

Candidates who have successfully completed 10th or equivalent from a recognised board are eligible to apply for the Short-Term Course in Hotel Management, subject to the admission guidelines of the University.
